On Saturday, April 13th, the Tridents defeated crosstown rivals, Miami RFC 35-10 in their Semifinal match. The Trident defense did an excellent job containing a very determined Miami side, allowing only a penalty kick and one converted try. Offensively, the Tridents scored four tries. Incorporating a "spread the wealth" approach, each try was scored by a different player. For Brazilian Mateus Estrela, it was his first try as a Trident.
